Overview
The Board of Directors is elected by Council and has fiduciary responsibility for the organization with the exception of adopting an annual budget and determining strategic directions, two governance duties assigned to Council. The Board often prepares issues and makes recommendations for Council action.
Meetings
Board Calls – 4th Tuesday – 1 to 2pm
Chairs meetings – 3rd Tuesday – 1 to 2pm
Board Chair & Executive Director Meetings – Tuesdays – 2 to 2:30pm
Extended Board Meetings – Oct 10 & 11 (in-person); Feb 7 (Virtual); June 15 & 16 (Virtual)
