At its June 2-3 meeting, the Board approved the formation of a small team to manage the FY23 negotiations for a contract renewal with Ex Libris/Clarivate. The Group will include: one Board member, one Council member, Executive Director, one Alliance staff member, and one library staff member.

The Group will base negotiation priorities on the work of the FY22 SILS Negotiation Planning Group, and will provide regular updates through the year to the Board and to Council.
